The numbers indicate that we were headed for a strong Spring market before the shelter in place order. We saw surprisingly strong closed home sales values across the county, as well as expected lower volumes of homes coming to market. Demand remains strong with low interest rates and an expected easing back into a new normal of opening the economy back up. While our hottest market would be the April and May months, most expect that the shift this year will mean our housing market will see the traditional Spring numbers in early to mid Summer.
